Ingredients
227g unsalted butter (soften)
1/2 c sugar
1 1/4 c light brown sugar
2 egg
2 tbsp milk
2 tsp vanilla extract
1 3/4 c flour
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp table salt
2 c rolled oats
340 g semi sweet chocolate (chopped roughly)
1/2 c macadamia or walnut (optional)
100g white chocolate chip
Preparation
Preheat oven to 190C
Cream butter, sugar and brown sugar until fluffy
Add eggs, milk and vanilla, beat well
Add flour mixture (flour, baking soda & salt)
Stir in oats, chocolate pieces and (nuts optional)
Scoop dough using a medium size ice cream scoop on parchment paper 2" apart
Bake 9 -10 minutes or until golden brown
Let it sit 2 minutes before transferring onto wire rack
Makes about 4 dozens
