I found my thrill on blueberry hill, sings Louis Armstrong. He was probably so excited because of the prospect of making heavenly fluffy blueberry cookies.
2 c flour
2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
3/4 fresh blueberries (coated in flour)
113 g butter
1 c sugar
1 tsp lemon peal
1 egg
1/4 c milk
Preparation:
Pre heat oven to 195˚C
Cream butter and sugar until fluffy
Add egg and lemon peal
Add flour mixture (flour, baking powder, salt) and milk alternately
Fold in blueberries
Scoop batter onto parchment paper and bake for 15 - 20 minutes
